Solutionar is the trade name under which the owner carries out this activity. Ownership of the website and of the D20 Atlas app rests with the natural person identified above.

2. Purpose

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website d20atlas.com (the "website") and of D20 Atlas, a tabletop role-playing campaign management tool that runs entirely in the user's browser.

Access to the website is free of charge and requires no prior registration and no account. Browsing the website confers the status of user and implies acceptance of the terms set out in this legal notice.

3. Conditions of use

The user undertakes to:

• Use the website and the app diligently, in accordance with the law, good faith and public order.
• Not use the website for unlawful purposes or in ways harmful to the rights and interests of third parties.
• Not introduce, distribute or execute programs, viruses or any element capable of damaging the systems of the owner or of third parties.
• Take responsibility for the content — maps, images, text and notes — uploaded to the app, warranting that they hold the necessary rights over it.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The intellectual property rights in the website, its source code, design, navigation structure and the content produced by the owner belong to the owner, unless expressly stated otherwise. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the owner's prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Content that the user creates or uploads in the app is stored exclusively on their own device and remains theirs. The website owner does not access it, does not host it and claims no rights over it.

Third-party trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, and their mention implies no sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation of any kind.

5. Disclaimer

The owner does not guarantee the continuous availability of the website or that its content is free of errors, although reasonable measures within their means will be taken to prevent and correct them.

App data is stored solely in the user's browser. Consequently, the owner holds no copy of that information and cannot recover it. Data loss resulting from clearing browsing data, using private browsing mode, uninstalling the browser or a device failure is the sole responsibility of the user, who is advised to make regular backups.

The website may contain links to third-party pages. The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the website, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under applicable law.
